Shipping And Delivery

1 - When the order will be shipped?

Ans - Once order is confirmed by our team on whatsapp it will be either ship same day or next day.

2 - When will customer receive the delivery of the order?

Ans - We make sure it reaches to customer as fast as possible,  hence we provide free fast shipping via bluedart to make the delivery happen in min of 3 days all over India.

3 - When and How will customer receive the tracking number?

Ans - Once order is shipped , tracking num will be provided on whatsapp itself with courier company name.

4 - Can customer  select preferred courier company as per their area?

Ans - Yes..kindly mention your preferred courier company name while confirming the order on whatsapp.

5- What if customer feels the parcel is tampered or already opened?

Ans - We always suggest to our customer if they find the parcel is opened or tampered,  do not accept the parcel and call us immediately.
